I came to the United States in 2021 as an immigrant, in the middle of my own professional transition. Before coaching, I worked in investment banking, the corporate sector, and infrastructure projects in Latin America, with a background in Business Administration, Finance, Strategic Management, and Strategic Foresight.I'm also an entrepreneur. I founded my wellness business in Florida. So when I talk about business decisions, it's not theory.
After my own transition and after starting to work with other professionals, I saw a pattern repeat itself. People with everything going for them, stuck for months or years on the same decision. What paralyzes them isn't what to decide, it's when to do it, from what internal state, and whether this is the right moment. They fail for lack of strategic clarity in their personal and professional lives.
